What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
What are your shipping rates?
Right now we are only shipping to Canada and United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on where you are located. Keep an eye open for shipping specials in our store!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please note that custom designs are non-returnable.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. You can reach us at help@globalshirts.ca
Do you ship worldwide?
Right now, we only ship to Canada and United States. As our store grows we hope to expand worldwide. Watch for details coming soon in 2025!
Do you have local pickup?
No. Our shirts are print on demand shirts (POD) meaning once you place an order, they are sent to a printer where they produce your shirt and ship directly to you. You will receive a tracking number once your order is sent so be sure to provide us with your correct email address!
Do you do personalization?
Yes! Soon, we we will be offering shirts which you can personalize with names, photos, birthdates, etc. If there is something specific you have in mind, get in touch with us so we can discuss details. Please keep in mind that with personalization, it may take an extra day or two for your shirt to be shipped. You can reach us at help@globalshirts.ca
I got my order and there's a problem with it. What do I do?
If you get your order and there's a problem with it - wrong size, wrong colour, wrong shirt - contact us at help@globalshirts.ca. Give us your order details and someone will get back to you ASAP within 24 hours.

Where do your shirt designs come from?
We design all our shirts with the combination of AI, ChatGPT, and Canva.
Will there be any other designs other than what we see?
We are continuously adding new designs. If you sign up to our email list, you will be notified of new designs as they are added. In addition, our latest designs will show first on our HOME page.
What t-shirt brand do you use to print your designs on?
We print our designs on Gildan 5000 t-shirts. They offer a variety of sizes and colours. The designs are printed DTG (Direct To Garment) and last a long time!
Do you have any kids t-shirts?
We will be adding a kids section soon. Stay tuned!
Will you be offering any other products, like sweatshirts?
Other products, such as sweatshirts, hats, and more, may be added in the near future. If you see a particular design you want to see on a sweatshirt, contact us at help@globalshirts.ca
